Wonderful gaming pc! I’ve enjoyed using this pc it’s the best

I purchased this for my College student. So far no hiccups. The battery life could be a little better but with some power adjustments, the battery life can be extended without sacrificing performance. Great PC!

I am not a gamer. But I got this because I thought my older Dell G5 was lagging a bit while on social media. I go to a lot of meetups and am very active on social platforms. I was expecting this to perform much better. Turns out that it does the same. What I don't like is that while I type on documents it seems to lose placement of the cursor. Maybe it is the placement or sensitivity of the touchpad, not sure. But so far it hasn't really been a very noticeable improvement. It does do a little better on large zoom meetings to not lag with multiple videos. And I would have much preferred that it has a full keyboard with a number pad. Something I forgot to look for when comparing new laptops and I was just comparing performance. I will say that it does run quiet which is nice. The screen could definitely be more secure. It wobbles quite a bit if bumped or moved. My old G5 was solid.

This is a great gaming computer and it has been very easy to use.

Pretty sweet laptop for the price and pretty good gaming laptop. The finish and case are fantastic. Cant soeak much to battery life or monitor as i mostly have it docked to an external monitor. Only downside is that it gets VERY loud when gaming.

Only complaint is no 10 key. It outperforms my last gaming laptop. That was a Alienware 17 R3 which had been upgraded to 2 TB SSD with i7 quad core.

One of the best purchases i have made. This laptop has ran every game on max settings i have played flawlessly.

Great computer at a nice price! The only thing missing is a fingerprint reader, but other than that it’s got solid specs.

Powerful yet quiet, only issue so far is the battery has a short life when not plugged in, especially when on video calls. The battery life is the only downside.

This is perfect for those wanting quality, speed, reliability and all without having to taker out a second mortgage, so to speak. The keys are butter, the graphics are rich, and the response time is superb given what's under the hood. Two thumbs up! I was not disappointed, and if and when you need an answer to any questions, HP provides a dedicated line that has genuine experts inside the USA who really know their stuff. It doesn't get any better than that for a pre-made.

The build quality and specifications match my expectations , but the battery is not quite efficient and drains in about 3 hours even on light usage.

This laptop is amazingly fast. A great value. Works great for editing large photos. No waiting for programs to load they load almost instantly.

Quality product with superb performance, does everything I would expect from a laptop that claims the status it does. 5/5 would purchase again

Excellent computer for application development and does a pretty good job with most of the games I like to play. No issues with overheating.

I bought this pc in Sept 2022 specifically to pay the new Dragonflight wow expansion. It played wonderfully. Until March 9 2023. In the middle of a Lich King TW dg (the horrible spider one) my computer just shut down without warning and wouldn’t turn on. I called HP the next morning and they told me it was still under warranty. When they received the pc, however, they sent me an email and said I was responsible for the damages, that my screen was cracked. Really? How? I mean I had never even dropped it. So I know for a fact my screen was perfectly fine before sending it off, but I have no proof, so it’s my word against theirs. I’m up the creek—either pay $500 for a repair or buy a new pc. It’s been over 6 weeks now, and I still haven’t received my PC back. I will never buy an HP again. My last was an ASUS that had been dropped several times, and has a corner I have to snap into place every time I open it—it’s 4 years old—still works, just not enough specs for the new exp. I kick myself for buying an Omen.

Gaming laptop with subtle appearance with loaded power. Will run most games smoothly. Runs very cool but can get a little loud.

Good computer worth the money great for gaming and work. Battery when gaming does last but when doing other work its great.

I use this for school and gaming, this has to be the smoothest laptop I have ever bought. It is worth the investment, imho.

Overall great laptop. Only thing I don’t like is that when your really working it hard the fans kick on and are very loud.

The laptop in general is good but I got it with the wrong battery capacity!!! , not happy with that It should be 83WH I got it with 70WH Bestbuy confirmed to me that it is 83WH battery before I purchase and also this specific model comes with 83WH as stated on the manufacture website. I have been calling best buy many times but there support is not responsive and effective as Amazon for example
