When i first got it, the was box in pretty rough shape but everything inside wasnt damaged. The real issue was setting it up. The second i started it, just a black screen with the loading cursor. Took 2 hours to figure out what was wrong. It was a used pc but the better condition option, and i thought it said that it was tested before hand. Im very disappointed this happened and that i got very little help from support. The second problem is the wobbly fan but ill get that changed. The pc runs every game ive thrown at it with ease. If you’re gonna buy it, buy it new.

Was working great till day 10 and suddenly shut down.

The HP Omen 25L is an amazing gaming PC. It runs incredibly smooth, handles high-performance games with ease, and overall delivers a great experience. Everything from speed to graphics performance has been solid. The only downside was that when it arrived, the frame was slightly bent, which caused the glass side panel to not line up properly with the case. Unfortunately, it’s not something that can be fixed without replacing parts, which was a letdown for a brand-new system.

beautiful PC, but has it's flaws. The main one is Windows 11. I have gotten blue screened and asked for BitLocker recovery keys at least 3 times within the last 6 months of having this computer, which is super frustrating. Additionally, the RAM sticks that light up are kind of garbage. They don't keep the lighting settings that you administer, and when they DO actually work, they return to default mode after 5 minutes. Overall, I like this computer, but for the price, I am disappointed. I wish there was a way to fix these issues.

So far this PC has met my expectations! I was skeptical about buying a prebuilt PC, but this one is pretty good!

From the specs page: Number of M.2 Slots 3 Number Of Internal 3.5" Bays 2 I only found one additional M.2 slot, totaling 2 M.2 slots. I only found one internal 3.5 bay as well. Otherwise, it was a good purchase with the discount.

Unfortunately the GPU wasn’t operating properly and causing me not use the computer to its full potential. I sent it back via UPS.

Who designed this PC??? I've been a HP customer for many years, but was surprised with this HP OMEN 25L. I replaced my older (and great) 10 year old HP OMEN that was beginning to have issues with the motherboard, so I naturally gravitated to a new OMEN. This PC has only ONE expansion slot for a SSD. While it has physical space for more, it has only one SATA power and data cables. There's no plug on the motherboard for more. I was having issue with connection speed, so HP support fiddled around remotely and updated my BIOS. My system turned out to be slower. HP tech support, if you could understand them, was horrible. I later spoke to an independent tech support person at my work who suggested I simply insert a new ethernet card in an available PCIe slot, but there are NONE. The ethernet is plugged directly into the motherboard, and there are NO available PCIe slots for ANY type of expansion. I later replaced another PC, but this time with a DELL. Wow! Multiple SSD expansion available, open PCIe slots available, allowing me to make several personal upgrades.

Was going great until either the motherboard or power supply failed on me. Or probably both simultaneously possibly... After a BIOS update, my PC restarted itself and just never woke up unfortunately lol. It just completely lost all signs of life when I came back to it to check if the update was finished. When I pressed the power button the first time, I noticed my lighting inside flickered a couple times and then just shut down. After that, nothing. I tried everything to resuscitate it lol. Dropped it off today at Best buy/Geek Squad so they could run diagnostics on it.
