Doesnt work at all

The new one that I got exchanged stopped working after ONE DAY. They were both brand new as well. I'm just going to get a refund and get a different pc at this point. They sell defective pcs. This is ridiculous.

Didnt work

I got it home and couldnt get it to display on several monitors. Tried different cords and ports. Nothing. Sat with HP helpdesk for a hour and they couldnt figure it out either. Not sure if this was a best buy (selling me a used broken PC) issue or a HP product flaw.

Waste of money

It performs poorly in general compared to expectations, but the sleep glitch makes it unusable. Every time I don’t use it for a few hours, I have to unplug it and restart it to get it to turn on. Save your money, do not buy this computer.
