I decided that it was time for me to upgrade from an HP stream that was 4 GB of ram to the to this computer. I have to say I didn’t understand how slow my old computer was until I got this computer. I use this computer for work. I work from home with two screens. I’m not a gamer or anything like that, and I feel like I haven’t even scratched the surface for what this computer can do. It’s great for work. I work with multiple tabs and spreadsheet so that’s really all I need it for. I haven’t really used the touchscreen, but that is great. The processing time is amazing like it’s super fast. I’m so happy I got this computer.

I love the computer. It has performed excellently on my school and work projects. The touch screen is sensitive to touch. The battery life is perfect. I charged it initially upon purchase, and it's been about a week since it was last charged. I am on the computer 3-6 hours a day working and researching, and it has just reached 50% battery life.

I recently purchased a laptop for my daughter, and I am very pleased with the decision. She has always trusted the Hp brand, especially this particular model, and it has proven to be a reliable choice. The quality and performance of the laptop have exceeded my expectations, making it an excellent investment. I highly recommend the Hp brand for anyone looking for a dependable device. It has been a great addition to our family and has met all our needs.

The computer is light weight and the keyboard is vey easy to use. I just use if for work running primarily Microsoft Office software which all runs very well. Also, great for surfing the internet with Microsoft Edge & Copilot

So far, so good. It is silent and fast, even with multiple heavy load tabs up. I like the OLED screen because it is bright and crisp. I also appreciate the central touch pad. The ones that are off center drive me nuts as my hands always are in the wrong place. I wish it had backlit keyboard, but I knew it didn't when I bought it. Just one of those things I gave up for a less expensive laptop. I also wish the keyboard had a more crisp feel. I miss my Lenovo, but for half the price, I had to try the HP. So far, no complaints about how it runs.

Love this item. Love the processor. No issues with compatibility so far. Battery life is great. Got it while it was on sale it was a huge amount of computer for the price!

Great laptop and great value. It's lightweight and good for traveling.

I bought this laptop during BF deal and got it delivered a day after. As i didnt use thia laptop kuch hence rated 4. I found this laptop fast and reliable. I could open multiple screens at a time without a lag while switching to another. Works like butter and battery life is very long as compared to other windows processors. OLED screen is cherry on the top at this price range.

The sales people were very knowledgeable but I kind of felt like they were trained to up sale a bunch of extras like they do with the cell phone companies. Happy with the actual product.
