Great laptop but it was the salesman that helped me the most. I normally just buy things online but I was in the store to look at what I was going to order. This salesman with little told me about a deal where I could get a credit card and save 15% off with store credit and the BestBuy+ deal where if the price dropped I would get the cash back that saved me $500 in a couple of weeks. Awesome deal!

Great laptop. Long battery life and fast enough for every day uses. Track pad and touch screen work well. It can do light gaming, but you will probably need to use a lower resolution.

Excellent laptop, good in quality and performance.

Excellent 2-in-1 Laptop with great battery life. Build quality is outstanding and screen is very vibrant. Only con is the price, buy it on sale or as an open box item.

This laptop has helped me a lot with work such as editing videos, manage all of my work files, etc. And when I feel like I want to play games a bit, I can and it runs well.

I was a little worried about buying an open box listed as "excellent condition", but it turned out to be a great purchase and indeed was in excellent/perfect condition. I ended up getting a great deal, and I am happy with this laptop as using for my daily driver. It isn't as powerful as my Legion 7i Gen 8, but it gets fantastic battery life and a gorgeous OLED screen instead. Kudos to Best Buy!

Fast, smooth. Compared with the nightmare I've had with the Surface 11 ARM (which couldnt connect with anything), the Lenovo Yogo (which couldnt connect with my headset), the Dell 9450 (crazy expensive, slow, heavy, crashed non-stop), this is a very good buy. I only wish the 32g version was readily available.

There were cheaper options for this memory and processor configuration, but ultimately the flip functionality, tied to the stylus made a difference. As did the keyboard and very sharp screen. Still wanted an Intel processor rather than Snapdragon for software compatibility as well. Superb deal with BestBuy open box, in excellent condition.

So far so good! I’m liking the Copilot AI, however, I wish it was able to work offline. I had no idea which pen worked with this laptop because there was no listing of compatible accessories. But I was able to research it and found that the 3J122AA Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen works. I had to buy it outside of Best Buy as they don’t carry it in store here nor online. It works perfectly and meets all my needs as an author and illustrator.

So far so good! Overall this hp laptop haven't given me any issues. I love the fact that it is touch screen too.

The build quality is good. The preformance is good. This is a ultrabook. Do not expect high end laptop preformance from a thin and light.

Great laptop! Fast, vivid OLED screen, and comfortable keyboard with haptic trackpad. Was hesitant buying as open box but got it for over $1000 off and functions as new. Would do it again.
