Purchased this for my wife with the expectation that I would need to set it up for her. Wrong! She not only had it set up and running but also loaded the applications that she had been using on her old laptop. Next stop will be to take the old laptop to Best Buy for recycling.

Positives: Great trackpad and keyboard Problems: Rounded corners make it hard to open when closed. The screen surface was uneven where glued at the top of the screen across the body of the lid causing glare and reflection issues when looking at the screen. Body is coated in something that made it feel cheep and weird to my touch. Based on build this is a $699 device at best. I was hoping to make this my primary work device but I returned it because it was hard to work with the screen having uneven surface and reflective issues. I looked at other display units in store after the fact and they all had similar issues with the screen. The problem is within the bezel however it is distracting because of the way that light reflects off the screen.

Great piece of equipment. Easy to use touch screen and flipping of the screen.

First laptop purchase in about 5 years. Looked at all the reviews carefully and was torn between Lunar Lake and the Qualcomm ARM chips. Decided to go with Lunar Lake for better compatibility. I've been using this laptop now for about a week and took with me on a business trip. In continuous mixed use, like presentations, videos and surfing the net, I'm consistently getting about 11-12 hours of battery life which is great! The laptop seems very responsive with no glitches. The screen is beautiful and the keyboard great. Build quality is excellent. Would highly recommend this laptop!
