This laptop is amazing. I had to purchase a new one because my old HP laptop was not compatible with Windows 11. After speaking with someone at Best Buy he told me exactly what to look for. So I came home and started to search for a laptop. My old laptop was a one terabyte storage and 16 GB memory. My new laptop that I just purchase is twice the a storage and memory. They did say it’s an overkill for me. Lol but I’ll take it because it was on sale. $400 off.

This is my first time using an Acer laptop, but I've had an Acer desktop computer for years, which I've really enjoyed. I've been very happy with the quality, performance, and ease-of-use so far with this laptop. The main reasons I considered purchasing this

After a month and a half of use, I can say that the laptop is good for the discounted price of $1150. It has a solid amount of RAM, a sufficiently large SSD, an excellent screen, and a relatively fast processor. On the downside, the battery is quite weak, it manages about 5–6 hours of basic web browsing, but only 3–4 hours if you're doing anything more demanding. I don’t play games, but I doubt the battery would last more than an hour to an hour and a half under gaming load. The build quality isn’t great either, the keyboard flexes in the middle while typing, and the camera could be better. It would also be more practical to have a dedicated charging port instead of relying on a USB port for charging.

The laptop is great overall. However, they keyboard is shifted about 1/2 a key to the left of center to accommodate the large number keypad. This is difficult to get used to, but not the end of the world. I wish they had made the number pad smaller and put the keyboard in a normal hand position.

I have had this laptop for about a month. Originally bought it to run my CAD program and it has done so very well thus far!

Great performance and specs. The screen is beautiful and it's very snappy. The multi tasking seems very responsive. Highly recommend. As far as negatives... It does weight a bit more than I'm use to. It doesn't seem like much until you have to carry it around all day and be kinda extra cautious with it. The battery life is actually pretty bad... It'll last a couple hours but it's suppose to be a lot more.

This laptop has been a great upgrade. The OLED display is sharp and vibrant, making movies and work look fantastic. Performance is excellent — apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and the RTX graphics card handles creative work and gaming without issues. Battery life is decent, enough to get through a day of regular use. The build feels premium and solid. Overall, it’s a powerful machine that balances speed, storage, and display quality really well.

I love the speed, the specs, the battery life and the price. Def a solid value. You can pay a lot more for other laptops that have the same specs.

This new laptop is exactly what I needed. The agent at the Prescott store, Brandon, was VERY helpful and knowlegable. The geek squad did a great job of getting all my data transferred over from my OLD laptop that had crashed. THANK YOU..

Good laptop the proformance is great for cad, photo editing, video editing, also works great for rendering, the build quality is fine but there is some lid flex and deck flex which is not great but overall it is a good laptop

Powerful computer with many features. Easy to use. Screen size is great compliment to not being to big or too small. Battery life is good; Could always better, but no complaints. Touch screen is a plus. Co-pilot capability makes it ready for the future.

Nice to have the Windows11 laptop for security reasons. It takes more time to wake up than my old HP envy, but that is the only hiccup so far.

I have been using my laptop for over a month now and I'm quite happy with it. The definition and the colors are amazing. It's a lot faster than my old one and the touch screen feature is really nice. I'm truly happy with my new laptop.

This is my first HP laptop and I am pleased. Love the touch screen and the size is great. My only issue is the iTunes music app doesn't do too well but other than that everything works great. Will definitely recommend. Great use for personal and business.
