Only a few days of usage and thanks to the Geek Squad everything is working fine and the transition from my 2017 HP model to my new OmniBook.

The laptop itself is a dream! It's very quick, quiet, and the display is fantastic! However, the battery life is not as great as I expected it to be (but I can live with that) - my biggest pain point is that I was informed by my BestBuy salesperson that I would be able to use my current Bamboo Ink Plus stylus on this laptop to edit photos, and this would be more than enough for my needs for both work and photo editing....but my Bamboo Ink stylus is NOT compatible with this laptop. I have since bought THREE other stylus pens to try, and NONE of them are compatible. What's worse is....I've spent sooo much time researching and trying to find something that will work, that I missed my return window. So, now I'm stuck with a laptop that does NOT fully meet my needs.....what's the point in having a touchscreen laptop if I can't use a stylus pen to edit photos or otherwise be creative on it?! VERY frustrated and disappointed.

Touch pad is a bit over responsive and seems to stay in contact after scrolling or pointing when you remove your finger; i.e. highlights the page when moving across. Satisfied overall with just short time I have used it.

This laptop satisfied my needs. It's fast with a dedicated NVIDA graphics card and the 32GB RAM allows for lots of applications opened at the same time. The touchscreen and 2TB storage are a plus.

Great machine, very pleased with this powerful computer!

This is a great laptop for the price. Compared to Dell and it is half the price, twice the SSD and has a great processor. I set it up in 30 minutes. Had to update the OS. All is good so far. If that changes, I will come back and update

I HAVE USED HP COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A WINDOWS 11 COMPLIANT LAPTOP AND MY CHOICE WAS THE BEST OVERALL. THIS LAPTOP HAD ALL THE FEATURES (TOUCH-SCREEN, INTEL CORE ULTRA 7 CPU, MEMORY, 2TB SSD, GRAPHICS) I WAS LOOKING FOR. BEST BUY HAD A GREAT (BEST) PRICE AND THIS LAPTOP WAS AVAILABLE. OTHER VENDORS DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE IN PRICE AND DID NOT EVEN HAD THIS PRODUCT IN THEIR INVENTORY.

BestBuy shipped free to my house on schedule. Product is as advertised. The keyboard keys are flat instead of raised and it is taking a while to get my fingers accustomed to landing on right key.

The Omnibook is a great computer for engineering classes as well as gaming. I have enjoyed using it. Very smooth keyboard easy to use. I love the touch screen makes pulling up new windows a lot easier especially when you need more then one open for class. I would recommend it for engineering students.

Laptop is great. its almost similar to hp omen laptop , can be used for gaming as well

I've been busy with a few things so really haven't used it much but it's much faster then my older one, Screen is Great. I love the backlit keyboard a plus for an old guy :)

This is the best and most powerful Laptop I've ever purchased. It has all features I wanted and much more! The setup was a breeze and much easier than I expected. I couldn't be happier!!!!!!!

The screen is bright and clear. Little to no lag time - very fast. The only negative I have is the 16" screen. I have always purchased 17" screens, but I couldn't find one. It may seem like a small difference, but I can tell.
