    The computer is great, but the video promo is misleading. The Copilot app can't do any of the commands mentioned in the video. I spent 1 hour with technical support and they didn't know how to fixed it. I might have to return it. Very disappointed.

    Good performance with the extra memory and storage. Occasionally certain apps freeze, but don’t think it is a hardware issue. Decent keyboard layout and feel. Definitely worth the sale price I paid. Battery life is ok, not great

    Very clean looking laptop. Amazing screen as well. In terms of speed it processes thing very quickly and loads immediately. Only problem is that it heats up very quickly and battery only lasts around 6 hours.

    The laptop is very fast and easy to set up. It automatically picked up my saved and bookmarked sites from my google login. The Bluetooth set up not so easy recognizing the mouse. That part could be improved.
