    I received the wrong item 2x in 1 week. Horrible service when I tried to return it, you guys took my money and never sent me the product. I was told 24 hours to get it, its now 3 weeks! Never buy from worse buy again!!! THey should be sued for this and the outsourced support on the phone in china.

    So far so good. I needed a laptop to replace a dying design machine. It's been a few weeks and I haven't run into any issues yet. Setup was a breeze. I haven't run it on battery alone so I haven't tested that part yet.
