    I bought this at the Best Buy Outlet and was supposed to come with a 1 year warranty. When I logged into HP, it says that I only have 10 months of warranty. I've contacted BB and HP. BB says it's HP's problem but HP will not contact me back. Like the computer, dislike being screwed out of the 1 year warranty.

    I needed to update my laptop; my previous laptop was not going to supported after October. My previous laptop was also a HP, i had zero issues with that laptop. Therefore, I looked at HP again. I choose this laptop as it was comparable to what I previously had. So far everything is going well, I am still learning how to manage through new programs.

    My wife purchased a new computer, I know she drove young Adam nuts because she could not decide between two different computers and kept going back and forth when making up her mind. She liked the larger screen on this one which her old one was 15.6 with this one being 17.3 So as we all know or have learned, she is happy which makes me happy and keeps me out of trouble!!

    So far I really like it it’s taking some getting used to because I am used to using a desktop. But I like that I’m able to take it with me or move from one room to another with it. I am a senior citizen so I have needed some help from my granddaughter, but I do like it very much.
