    I love this laptop computer. The big screen. Has numbers on the side that makes easy to type in numbers, and the volume, I can actually hear what the video talking about, or the music.

    The lap top is excellent, the delivery process was a Total SNAFU...No fault of Best Buy, but FedX. Since we depend on this means of communication so much in our lives today it was frustrating, they shipped it from Califonia all over the country to the East coast and back.....

    Purchased to replace an old much-loved HP Envy laptop. Easy setup and transfer of most apps and files. Some were too old and incompatible with this newer version of Windows so they had to be replaced. My husband appreciates the lighted keyboard. Connected seamlessly to wifi and network printer. Very satisfied.
