I really like this laptop. It boots up quickly and the web pages load quickly as well. It also has a long battery life. It meets my needs.

Large screen and easy to use. Just wash I needed at my age.

I purchased this computer for my wife, as her ASUS laptop was failing. She had no issues with setup or getting her previous files/programs to the new one. She is absolutely loving this machine, and the increased memory and processing speed has allowed her increase her work and school output.

Easy to use. Does a lot! Still learning but paired with our printer easily. What I dont know I can learn from tuterials. AI features always waiting to help.

Fast, responsive. Huge screen. Great price! I did a lot of research. I was overwhelmed with the other possiblity. This was a no doubt purchase.

I upgraded to this computer from an older, similar HP Envy. There was no learning curve because it was similar to my older model. I gave my older model to my spouse. I do find that the keyboard touch is different but I think it can be adjusted in the settings because my cursor jumps all over the screen. I would recommend it.

Sales personnel are knowable about the products I purchased. They answered all my questions and explained things I didn't understand. The personnel at the repair center were friendly and made changes to my computer in just a few minutes. WOW! Thanks, Thomas Whitley

Love my new laptop. It is an major upgrade to the older version of the HP laptop I had for several years. I recommend it very highly.

A good laptop but more important was the excellent help provided by Edward G. in getting my files transferred and sorted from my old lap top to this one. I am am old computer challenged guy and I truly needed the help and encouragement I received.

With Windows 10 becoming obsolete, I needed to replace a laptop to sort photographs from photo assignments. The challenge I was facing was that I wanted a 100% sRGB monitor and every vendor I searched charged more than I wanted to spend, except Best Buy. I found one that met all my requirements and had a great price. Delivery was quick, the transaction was smooth and effortless.

Fast, very helpful solving any questions as I am not a computer wiz. My old word and excel all came thru and able to update and use them without any problems so far! I was even able to update my old printer driver myself as hp assistant helped me thru it and it is working great.

I love it -- does everything I want and it looks good too!

So far, I like the computer itself, but the software is not working as stipulated. It was advertised as a Series 2 but it not apparently. It is pretty good in function, but the Microsoft Outlook doesn't work right and will not do groups as promised, and keeps flaking out, of course that is probably the Best Buy installer also who didn't brief me that the old outlook was still available; too much effort I guess. I guess the computer itself is good functionally.

Very pleased with this machine so far. I personally don't like the keyboard, but that's due to my own neuropathy in my fingers. Performance has been top notch!

This is a great laptop. Very easy to use and the keyboard keys are larger than my previous laptop. So far, it's fantastic.
