Does everything I need it to do without any hiccoughs

Definitely a good computer. Needed to upgrade and old Hp and this was definitely the way to go! Great doorbuster price.

Best laptop I've ever bought. It's very nice and works very good. No glitches so far. I'm very pleased with it.

Fast, very helpful solving any questions as I am not a computer wiz. My old word and excel all came thru and able to update and use them without any problems so far! I was even able to update my old printer driver myself as hp assistant helped me thru it and it is working great.

Love this laptop. Keys are big and bold. Easy to see. Screen is large enough I dont always have to put my readers on.

Works fine. Was able to transfer from windows 10 and battery life is good.

Slim lined, fast, just what I wanted. Good customer service.

It’s wonderful, the big touch screen is so easy to see everything & handy to use. The lighted keyboard is also very convenient. Since I’m just an old lady that knows nothing about all the technical stuff having someone make sure it was going to work for me was great, but don’t go to the Computer Geeks to have everything moved from your old computer, they can’t do the applications you have to reinstall them, which I did not know.

Its a very nice and best laptop i have every had. Long battery life

Love this computer. Love the keyboard layout. Easy to type on. I use the number pad all the time. The only drawback is the weight. It’s a little heavy. But I knew that prior to purchasing. My old HP was similar size and weight. I would purchase this again.

The computer is working great! We overpaid due to a missed sale that was in tiny print. Best Buy wouldn't honor the emailed price past the tiny date. : (

GREAT Laptop. I purchased it for my retired high school teacher wife, and I find that I am using more than she does. I started to buy two but decided to stay with a desktop. Both are HP's and they are GREAT. We did look at the other major brand name that she had before this HP laptop, but the other laptop seemed a little flimsy to me and the wife. This HP Laptop seems sturdy and weighs slightly more than the flimsy one by the other computer company.

This product does everything that I wanted it to do.
