    Got the 17” laptop for grandpa so he could see it better. He’s really enjoying it. It was hard to find for some reason they’ve gone to making 16” screens for some reason.

    After getting it loaded with everything on my old tower, home for two days a scam got into my laptop and did havoc. Thanks to the knowledgeable Geek Squad t was all cleaned up and now I love my laptop.

    GREAT Laptop. I purchased it for my retired high school teacher wife, and I find that I am using more than she does. I started to buy two but decided to stay with a desktop. Both are HP's and they are GREAT. We did look at the other major brand name that she had before this HP laptop, but the other laptop seemed a little flimsy to me and the wife. This HP Laptop seems sturdy and weighs slightly more than the flimsy one by the other computer company.

    The computer is fine. The Geek Squad service in person and online was horrible. Agent at store for pickup was horrible. Couldn’t get email to work. No help! Left me sitting and didn’t return. Online also terrible. Person couldn’t speak English. Had to go to third party to get email mapped. Geek Squad should be ashamed. Why do I pay an annual fee for support?!
