    The touchscreen was a much needed upgrade for me. You don’t always realize how badly a new computer is needed until you get one and see how much faster it is than your old one. The best part is I purchased it for $400 less than it’s original price!

    It used to be that I did not like upgrading devices, due to the complexity of learning how to operate the new device. With this new laptop, I did not have any of these issues.

    I have no problem with the laptop function, it works well. It is just really heavy and big. I would have liked a smaller size and did not realize how big and heavy a 17inch laptop would be until purchased. Also I chose this laptop for battery life. I am only getting about 6 to 8 hours of battery life, which is significantly less than advertised.
