    This was a quality laptop but had a problematic zero key which required excess force to operate. Returned it to the seller Best Buy vendor for a smooth refund experience and purchased a similar HP laptop which is fine. Weird fluke.

    I've had it for one month now. It does everything I ask of it. Graphics are great. My only irritation is the keyboard. It's too sensitive (lots of double and triple run-on letters when I type). Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.
