    Geek Squad, Shane was absolutely amazing. He had attention to detail, listened to our needs, and followed through with what he was working on and everything that we needed. His supervisor, Josh, was not very friendly, was rude to his associate, and acted like he was better than everyone else.

    I don't use it much but needed to replace an old PC before it crashed. Disappointed in the battery life, needs charging more often than I would have expected considering it's not on everyday or no more than a couple hours at a time.
