    i love the speed of start up, opening files, saving, etc. much faster than my older hp envy. only drawback i had on this pc was i really wanted to upgrade to 32GB ram and it is not possible on this model.

    The letters on the keys of this laptop are medium grey on dark grey and impossible to see in dim light. Because there is a separate numbers pad, the main keys are way left of center. The delete key is tiny, in an odd spit and impossible to use easily. The touchpad is balky. Using this to write anything more than a short note is incredibly frustrating. The screen is shiny, but I made that compromise knowingly. Resolution is wonderful. I did not expect it to be so much wider than high--there is no real advantage to a bigger screen that is all horizontal. I will be donating this to charity. What a nightmare.

    Great laptop with just one exception, the keyboard. The keys are flat and are extremely sensitive to the touch.
