    Lots of new built in features including Windows 11 which made it con fusing to use at first. Many things work differently and are in different places. Some I still haven't figured out.

    i love the speed of start up, opening files, saving, etc. much faster than my older hp envy. only drawback i had on this pc was i really wanted to upgrade to 32GB ram and it is not possible on this model.

    I'm loving the large, clear screen and that I was able to have the Geek Squad transfer my data and set it up for me. So easy. They keyboard is a little different size than my last one, but I've gotten used to it quickly. I'm a basic user. Emails, Microsoft Office, etc.
