Do not like this keyboard when compared to my previous laptop ASUS.Constantly hitting the wrong key or cap key with my left hand. 2 months after purchasing I feel like I am having learn the computer all over.

The keyboard is terrible. It’s like it feels like the letters get stuck. It’s not very good quality on that part. I would definitely not recommend this. I would stick to Chiclet style keyboard. I tried returning, but didn’t realize that this was sold through a third-party so even though it’s not been 30 days, they won’t allow me to return it even though I want to purchase a different laptop from them that’s Chiclet style so that’s that I guess. Definitely make sure when you’re purchasing from Best Buy that you’re purchasing direct or not from a third-party seller because I didn’t even see that.

I liked my old windows 10 HP laptop better than this one. Ease of use was better & I spent in excess of 10 hours of my time & hired an outside firm to utilize my printer. All failed & had to buy a new HP printer (planed?)

Waiting a month to open this once received due to illness. Well surprise, the keyboard doesn't work. The letter q doesn't work, and our wifi password has a q in it, so I couldn't even start the computer. No registration because that requires internet access. BestBuy said it was too bad, because it was outside their return window. So, if you buy something, don't get sick and not be able to check it out. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to deal with an unregistered product. I've been a fateful BestBuy customer for 20 years or more. But when I took the defective machine to the store, they couldn't or wouldn't help. Wanted to charge me to send it back to HP. They sold me a defective product and refused to honor the manufactorers warranty unless I paid. Too bad, they just lost a loyal customer.

This was a nice upgrade of laptop, but it has some annoying ai features. The setup by geek squad was less than adequate and customer had to go back for rework.
