    Nice quality laptop, but I do not like the gapless keyboard. If you do any kind of extensive typing, this keyboard makes it difficult to type without making a ton of errors. Plus, the keys feel a bit lower quality than the previous Envy line.

    Had to buy a WIFI Receiver for the lack of WIFI Connection. Had to buy a Software warranty package. He updated Bios. Downloaded an Intel Driver dection & downloaded 4 updated drivers. Non of the above worked to get WIFI Stable. Sat. AM schedualed for a back up of OS and a Reinstall of MS OS Hope it clears the problem aft. that.

    I am experiencing delays while opening a new tab in browser. Also, when I type, the letters appear after 5 -15 secs. It is extremely disconcerting. Will have to have Geek Squad look into this.

    "Fair" does not really accurately describe my general disappointment in Best Buy's in store customer service. I can't tell you yet what we think of the new 1000$ computer with the 400$ Geek Squad extend warranty ? that's 1000$ on sale normally priced 1400 $. In-store customer service has been completely un helpful; so far. I'm still hopeful that I did the right thing: purchasing a new laptop from "Best Buy" ? time will tell ?

    I ordered this laptop on August 26 with a promised date of delivery of August 28. The item never shipped. Contacted BB (which was no small feat). They did not have one to ship to me so my only option is to obtain a refund. I was told I would hear back from someone from BB in the next 48 to 72 hours regarding my refund. I don’t understand how hard a refund is. I did not receive a product I paid for, just credit my card back. To date, I still have not heard about my refund. Worst customer service ever.
