This laptop has been great so far and honestly has exceeded expectations I had for it. Everything about it has met my needs, the only bad/needs improvement things I can say about it is it comes with so much unnecessary HP bloatware and the battery life isn’t fantastic but if you just leave it plugged you don’t have to worry about it.

I have had no problems with my new laptop at all. I have been more productive because it runs smoothly and fast.

I’ve only had this a month or so, but so far it works great. I previously used 14” inch business grade laptops, but didn’t really need one as much as I used to. This one is pretty solid, doesn’t feel flimsy when picking it up or handling it. I wasn’t really interested in the touch screen, but it was part of it. It was on sale and it was a good overall buy. Seems to run all my programs well.
