This laptop is the perfect blend of refined design and uncompromising performance. Sleek and minimalist, it moves seamlessly from boardroom to travel bag—effective and functional.
For those who value both aesthetics and substance, this laptop is a fantastic choice.

Screen is bright and very clear so easy to see. Speed is excellent for my use (non-gamer, non-graphics). Battery life good. Size of keyboard comfortable.

Purchased as open box in excellent condition during a sale. Item condition was as described. This laptop isn’t recommended for gaming but I have been able to play games that doesn’t require much like cabal online, maple story, blade and soul. I had purchase a hp 2in1 last year but was not happy with volume and how sometimes the usb a port on old one would act up. This hp omnibook x 2in1 laptop is a much better replacement. Some of 2in1 laptop screen not prone to screen bleeding around the edge and is most noticeable in the dark and with dark mode. It was more noticeable in the 16” laptop, with the 14” it barely noticeable. I like that the cooling vent is on the back of the laptop inside of one side. Have cooling vent face away from your body when using in tablet mode. I do recommend using it with laptop cooling mat. It normally run cool but can get very warm or hot when gaming or running multiple apps.

The HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 is a bit of a contradiction. On paper, it is a future-proof beast equipped with the latest AMD Ryzen™ AI 7 350 processor and a generous 24GB of RAM. In practice, it feels like HP took the DNA of the beloved Spectre x360 and made some questionable compromises to hit a specific price point.
The Good: A Developer’s Dream Specs
If you are buying this for coding, virtualization, or running local AI models, you won’t be disappointed.
The Ryzen AI 7 + 24GB RAM Combo: This is the "Super Bowl" configuration of this laptop. Most ultrabooks force you to choose between 16GB or an expensive 32GB jump. The 24GB sweet spot, combined with the Ryzen 7's NPU (50 TOPS), makes it a powerhouse for local LLMs and heavy IDE workloads.
The "Mac-like" Ecosystem: One of the most surprising wins is the mobile phone integration for android. The connectivity between your phone and the PC is seamless—it honestly feels like the Windows version of the Apple ecosystem. It’s fluid, intuitive, and actually useful for daily multitasking.
The Display: The 2K touchscreen is great. While it might not have the "wow" factor of some higher-end OLEDs, the touch response is snappy and the clarity is more than enough for professional work.
The Bad: Where the "Spectre" Magic Fades
If you are coming from an HP Spectre, you will notice immediately where the "Flip" falls short.
The Speakers (Absolute Trash): There is no sugarcoating it. For a "premium" 2-in-1, the speakers are on the underside and lacks depth. If you plan on watching movies or joining calls without headphones, prepare to be underwhelmed. It is a massive regression from the quad-speaker setups HP used to be known for.
Build Quality & Keyboard: The build feels noticeably cheaper than the Spectre. It lacks that dense, "carved from a single block of metal" feel. The keyboard is serviceable, but it lacks the tactile "thunk" and premium travel of its predecessors.
Battery Reality Check: HP markets this as a 15-hour machine. In real-world testing—especially with heavy coding or AI workloads—you’re looking at 8 to 10 hours. It’s still enough to get through a standard workday, but don't expect it to last through a long-haul flight without a charger.

The Omni Flip laptop is great! Easy to use, fast, lots of memory. Great price. The 14" screen is perfect for what I am using the laptop for. You definitely get a recommendation for it.

I love my new laptop. Smaller than I am used to, so took some getting used to not having a ten keypad, but I am adapting and love the lighter weight. And it is so much faster than my old, larger laptop.

I bought 2 of these laptops for 2 religious Sisters from Africa who are studying in the USA. Since they take a vow of poverty, it was very difficult for them to let me spend so much money on them. I asked if they liked them? They said "No...we love them!" They quickly overcame their objections and realized how much they would help them in their studies now and when they return to their communities in Africa to teach, plus they will serve them for many years. The computer lab guy at their college said they picked out very good laptops so they were very proud of their choice! Thanks for making all of us very happy!

Great deal and working exactly as expected. Using for a Small Business for everything from graphic design to running custom CRM and there has been zero slow down, even when hooked up to two external monitors.

Honestly, I am not very tech savvy, but I figured this little laptop would be faster than it is. I got it for organizing emails and streaming videos and music so it serves its purpose. It does get a little hot and the built in speakers are minimal so I connect it to a bluetooth speaker. I do wish it had better video quality while streaming. It defaults at 720. Very seldom does it seem "high def" and yes I do have very high speed internet. I wish I would have went for the 16 inch or 4K but I wanted the 24/1TB and this was what was available. For an online purchase without seeing it first, it was not a bad deal. There comes a point when you just can't do EVERYTHING on your phone all the time.
