Other than Fed Ex delivering my new Computer to the wrong address and they didn't even try to go back and get it and bring it to me at my address; Me and my husband had to go looking all over the neighborhood to find it. I believe this was very unprofessional. A customer shouldn't have to do this. They never told me they were sorry or anything

This HP has plenty of storage and a good processor. I like it a lot. I also got it on sale so it was a great deal.

My husband loves his new laptop. His old one was so ancient that Best Buy/Geek Squad could not loading any new updates. While not very technical, he has had no problems whatsover adjusting to the newe laptop. The sales person was also a big help in selecting the unit we ended up purchasing.

A strong and robust laptop with high end features and built in durability. The 2k screen does not disappoint.

So far I like everything about it. With awesome help in operating the HP from Nathan and Justin, I am navigating the learning curve faster than I would have guessed. Great help from the Geek Squad. I use this for zooming and editing student essays and an author's writing, so it is well used.

The computer and the "GEEK Squad" have been everything expected with the purchase. I would warn people about the Microsoft App though. It was installed properly, but, to date, I have not been able to change my password which has become necessary. Microsoft does NOT have ANY reachable customer service for the necessary assistance, and I have not been able to sign in to my Microsoft WORD yet. Again, MICROSOFT DOES NOT OFFER ANY USABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; this is not acceptable.

Purchased as my home computer and I’m completely satisfied with the performance of this setup. Plenty of memory and fast processing. This laptop should last for years.

Im so happy with the HP OMNI X BOOK INTEL CORE+copilot pc 16”… Overall great for multitasking flr work or school! Its really fast even with crazy tabs open when im researching & etc for HW or work ! Totally recommend! Best investment i made tho hesitant im glad i got it love HP!

The computer is performing at a high level, Sharpness of images specifically during zoom. The staff was customer friendly and answered my questions appropriately.

Maybe it's because the laptop this one was replacing one that slowed to a crawl, but I couldn't be happier than having this new one. The ONLY ding is because the side calculator numbers are not on this keyboard (remedied by buying a plug-in calculator) I didn't notice that until after the purchase! But, if that's not important to you, this is a 5 star.

This computer is very clean and fast. I would recommend this computer to everyone.

I love my new HP OmiBook. It is very easy to use. I only have one gripe which is missing the key pad on the right side. I bought a wireless keyboard & mouse to use at home. The letter keys are huge...it reminds me of a child toy. I don't know why you would not have a key pad. I use a Dell laptop for work and it is the same width and have a key pad. The battery life is great. I am enjoying my new laptop.

Works great. For college. Easy to use with good battery life.
