Super fast speed and excellent display! Highly recommend this laptop

This is a very nice and powerful laptop. I had 2 issues with it, the keyboard layout is odd. The keys have not much definition to them, which lead to a lot of typos. And it has no 10 key pad. The audio is incredible for a laptop though, much nicer than other laptops I've owned. I ended up returning it and buying a different HP with a 10 key keyboard. When this one is on sale, its absolutely a great value though and can handle anything I needed to do with it. Its fairly light weight for a 16" screen laptop. I also enjoyed using the Copilot AI features.

Beautiful color, copilot is fun as I am learning how to use it, the touch screen is a plus, but I am also using dual monitors with a large monitor. Speed is fast. Would recommend this laptop!

So far I like everything about it. With awesome help in operating the HP from Nathan and Justin, I am navigating the learning curve faster than I would have guessed. Great help from the Geek Squad. I use this for zooming and editing student essays and an author's writing, so it is well used.

this computer allows me to do all that my Surface Pro did for me..but more! Its a larger screen, more power, and flips!

After alot of back and forth and actually trying another brand that I returned due to a very poor and inconsistent touchpad I decided to get this due to both the RAM and the Storage. So far it's going good with transferring my files and loading programs, etc. A few things needed to be uninstalled but that's expected. Screen is really good and vibrant, keyboard feels nice, touchpad works great and the 2 in 1 feature is great. I do recommend this laptop at the right price.

My husband loves his new laptop. His old one was so ancient that Best Buy/Geek Squad could not loading any new updates. While not very technical, he has had no problems whatsover adjusting to the newe laptop. The sales person was also a big help in selecting the unit we ended up purchasing.

From processing speed, to the attractive screen visual, to functionality this computer was an overall GREAT buy!

New HP laptop has a clear picture, easy to use and so much faster than our old computer.

This is the first laptop or computer for that matter. That i've owned since getting the out of the army in two thousand ten, not knowing very much about computers anymore.The learning curve was pretty quick and not really that difficult.The display is excellent batter.Life is also great.I'd recommend it to anybody looking for a more high end.Easy to use computer.
