This unit replaced a Dell desktop that could not be updated to Windows 11. So far it is performing fine, although it has been somewhat awkward to awaken the system after leaving it for a while. Great service from The Geek Squad who loaded MS Office and transferred files from my old machine quickly.

Ive been a tech for 23 years, bought and installed a bunch of Omnidesk Ryzen 7s this year. Reasonably priced, well built and very fast. Ill be buying more.

Easy set up, fast, great video, added camera with mic

I bought this to replace another HP desktop that quit working. I was able to replace the the SSD with my SSD from my old computer and update the drivers with no problem. The performance is excellent and there are options to upgrade the GPU and add memory. So far I have had no problems and it has been running really well.

Everything works as expected. It was installed and placed on top of the desk. The size permitted the printer to remain on the desk.

Setup was easy and everything seems to be running well. I am not 100% sure I need virus protection but pop ups I get seems to think so :) Minor pain getting the ads, but I assume that will be for any PC.

I am very pleased! Much more capacity and so much quicker than my old desktop. Enjoy the wireless keyboard and mouse, which were included.

The computer tower and keyboard are simply outstanding. But more importantly, in my opinion, was the technician who took the time to walk me through the mechanics of how to operate the new system (my previous tower was 20-years old, and I was using Windows 7) as well as showing me how to access and operate all the new programs that were installed in the new tower. Being 79-years old and only moderately computer literate, I truly needed help to fathom how much more advanced this new system was over what I was using. The technician was truly very understanding of my situation and treated this "old guy" with respect. For all of the above, I truly thank Best Buy for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and not just for the quality equipment it sells or the technical services it provides but also for the professional staff the business employs to provide the technical services.

I am still trying to set up and figure out what needs to be done and what is not nessasary. But every thing is working up to par.

I wanted a new Tower PC to accommodate the New Windows 11 that my older computer was unable to update to Windows 11 - This HP Omni-Desktop tower is the Perfect replacement for my needs - Also used the Geek Squad for installation and transfer of files - I am a very satisfied Customer of Best Buy ,,
