I needed to upgrade to a Windows 11 computer for obvious reasons that Windows 10 was going away. This item was available at a reduced price and thus far I am pleased with it. I am not a tech guru, but this computer is fast and efficient.

Have only had this computer for a few weeks. Replaced a much older model that was slow and incompatible with Windows 11. So far, so good. Very fast and quiet. Definitely would recommend this computer.

Purchased for my mothers older PC, so wanted fast bootup (SSD) and quick processing so she doesn't get frustrated and start pushing buttons:) Some comments criticize this unit for lack of upgradability, but if that's not a concern for you and you're not a gamer, this PC if fine. I've never had an AMD processor, but so far, so good.

We were "behind the curve" technology wise. The new desktop was needed to speed up our research. The young man at Best Buy directed us to the product that would meet our needs. We are happy with our purchase.

Compared to my 13 year-old HP, this machine is fast! Had it for over a month now and it is working really well. The keyboard is very compact and wireless. The only complaint is the arrow keys are too close to the numeric keypad and I type zero a lot instead of moving right... other than that, it is a solid machine and I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this computer for my stepmom. She is loving using it! Much better than the one she had before. Took some time to transfer everything, but now she is back to playing games, sending e-mails and has started her Christmas shopping!
