Computer works great for everyday browsing and light gaming. It is a perfect starter computer.

I was replacing my old dell computer which was very slow and unreliable. I spoke with Anthony at Best Buy in Vestal and he recommend the HP unit I purchased for my needs. I have been very satisfied with my purchase.

This computer is meeting my needs well. I was happy with my old unit but the Windows changeover convinced me it was time. This is a basic unit--I am not a gamer or a video editor. I like the fact that it is compact. My one complaint is that the first one I bought was a lemon and I had to exchange it.

This is exactly what we needed for our home. It runs well for us alowing us to do work for our small business.

I bought this to replace my 12-year-old HP which started to make noises that it shouldn't make. This new computer was an open box sale, and it came in perfect condition, no dings, scratches or anything else. I always look for open box sales as they save considerable money.

computer is working well,....Thank you,..but I will NOT allow the geek squad to attempt to transfer my data from my old pc again.........they made a mess of it!!

Works well im using it for home office with 2 monitors.

This was a great deal for the money. I wasn't looking for a computer but because of the Windows 10 upgrade I sort of had to. This was on sale and has plenty of memory and hard drive space for what I need.

Works as expected. Reliable as expected. Would consider repurchase.

So far, I am pleased with the HP desktop. It’s only a month old but works great.

So far item has performed very well, and was very easy to setup and migrate from my old desk top.

Needed Windows 11 and process was almost seamless in trading in old unit and having geek squad transfer all data from old. Bought online and agreed to promotional $70 credit for old unit but upon pickup, the old unit could not be left because geek squad was going to transfer data but assured no issue and just bring trade in when all done. Did that but original person who ticketed new unit upon pickup had taken off the trade in as we were not leaving product with her. Since trade in note taken off, they could not honor the $70 promotional offer BUT manager stepped in and made it right. So all is good. Actually offered a credit coupon of $70 and did not even keep old unit.

Computer became unable to handle new upgrades. This tower took care of that and works perfectly with our other components. Very helpful BB Staff!

It's a great computer,BUT, i only had one complain ,who ever buy one just make sure is compatible with your printer, I did not and landed up buying a new printer, beside, that it is Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. Thank you

This computer is very fast, compared to my old dell computer. Starts very fast and opens pages very fast. So far, I'm very happy with it.

Although the computer works well, it is unlike the Asus which had built in camera and was slightly faster on start up. Otherwise, the computer works well and just needs time to explore its merits. I do like the compact feature as it takes up less space than the Dell desktop that we had previously.
