Finally upgraded from 2GB ram to 16GB. Don't get out much anymore so having no need for a laptop, so I got this for $200 less than a laptop with same specs. Good purchase!

I needed a replacement computer for my Secretary. I got this one. It has plenty of memory and the Solid State Drive makes it very zippy. I highly recommend it.

Does exactly what i need it to do for my work I have no issues with this.

I am not tech saavy and I'm still getting used to it but it was fairly easy to set up and it's been easy to use. I also like Windows 11 - I couldn't stand Windows 10.

This is a replacement computer for our daughter because she needed to update to Windows 11. She uses it as her only computer at home and she says it is much faster than her old one.

Easy to set up, great performance, great price when I bought it. Win11 capable. Plenty of USB ports to attach my stuff. I don’t need a laptop anymore, I use my phone for most of that….

Great PC upgrade. Big improvement over my 12 year old HP PC. Help provided by Chris was great. Will come back to them for future computer needs.

The Geek Squad was so helpful in setting up my new computer. Once I installed it at home, I only had to add a printer and my Webroot. I really like the HP desktop computers. Actually, this is my fifth HP purchase. Definitely recommend HP computers.

Seems to be OK I have called GEEK squad to assist me in getting it set up. At this point seems like it will be a good choice. I did not need the keyboard and mouse-but sales person did not mention was included. At this time I believe this was a good choice for a replacement Geek Squad is one on my favorite features of BEST BUY

I love HP computers. Easy to set up and had all the required pieces to just plug and play. Has everything I wanted included with software. Great performance so far. Easy to connect other components.

Works great. Much better than my old one. It was easy to hook up and easy to use.
