I would give it 5 stars but the PC windows 11 will not load my older programs. Disappointed. Otherwise the PC works great.
I had no problem with Dell laptop windows 11 loading older programs.

The product was great but the service was terrible.Geek was supposed to come 2 days after purchase to install it between 7am and 7pm. Waited all day and no one shower.Went back to BB following day and they said foul up on paper work booked me for 7 days later.So all in all took 10 days for service. Marco the installer was great when he came and explained things for me and did a terrific job on installing.My complaint is waiting for 12 hours and no one show up.A long day. and then put me to the back of the line for insulation .Merry Xmas John Hestand

I was hacked a month ago and had to shut down everything. I had an old hard drive that didn't recover so I went to best buy and purchased a new HP OmniDesk Desktop. I also purchased the Geek Squad coverage and it has been a life saver, I still need to purchase an SSD drive for my old computer but it will definitely be done at Best Buy. They will save you money. time, and your sanity!

Note that I had Geek Squad to do the setup. The first unit that I got turned out to be defective and was replaced. This seems to work fine so far with the exception that it will occasionally freeze up when online. This only lasts a minute or two, and I am not sure if it is the computer or some other problem. The Geek Squad rep did not know. I am a longtime HP user, and this is at least the 4th or 5th of that brand that I've had.
