With the help of the Best Buy sales staff and the technical support folks(Geek Squad) I was able to set-up and transition to my new computer very easily.

Very happy with the setup and installation process of my new desktop. No problems thus far.

Upon receiving information that Microsoft 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft I decided to purchase a new system with Microsoft 11 . While browsing your salesman answered all my questions and the system was on sale, great timing for me.

This is my fourth computer over the last 20 years. The last one was a very well featured HP AMD Athlon Ryzen 7 that performed well year after year. So this is my first trip into Windows 11. I have no regrets. However, the listing is incorrect. My purchase was an Intel Core Ultra 7,s which took a little getting used to the features but is a pleasure to use.

Microsoft 11: Too much. AI, etc., not necessary for everyday usage. Classic Outlook much better than the 'new' Outlook. Wasn't broken. The HP OmniDesk Desktop has been good to date. Quick responses to input.

works fine. just wish it came with excel and word. my other computer I use had it and did not have to pay for it

I purchased this to replace my much older computer that cannot be updated to Windows 11. This has a nice profile and was easy to hook up. Best Buy did an excellent job of transferring data so I could find it. I have not used the keyboard/mouse since I already had one.

Have had several times with OmiDesktop freezing in the middle of using and drops internet connection on occasion. Computer freezes for a few seconds then goes blank and restarts after a short pause. Computer is only a month old and have had problems from the start. Best Buy suggested shutting off computer after every use, but that has not fixed the problem.

This PC was just what I needed. Setup was easy, and the buying experience was painless.

PC works well except disconnecting from internet randomly. All else functions good.

The CPU (computer) surprisingly is "attractive", adds class to my office. The challenge is learning Windows 11, forr which I will count on Best Buy staff training.

Upon purchasing this H.P. computer i also, upgraded the ram from 16 to 32 gigabytes of ram. So far no problems and it's super fast. Great price and well worth it.

I had to replace my desktop only because it couldn't be updated to Windows 11. I was pleased to find a product fitting all of my needs at a reasonable price.
