Perfect fit to my needs. Easy to set up. Even making it easy to adjust to Windows 11.

My new HP- Omni Desktop PC does all I need to do at this time. It was easy to set up with Windows 11 Pro. Seems to be a good buy for the money. Not into graphics and such much so it handles videos good for me.

Very happy with this desktop. A lot easier to use than I thought it would be.

Best Buy customer service and Geek Squad support services were very professional and helpful.

You can't add any internal peripherals to this, not even a second hard drive. Not only does it not have any extra power connectors or mounting brackets, it doesnt even have any internal ports.

So far I am very happy with this computer. Would recommend.

Excellent replacement for my 2017 Dell Inspiron Desktop! Starts up so much faster and transfer of data by the Geek Squad was fast and seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their older computer.

Haven’t had a PC in 9 yrs. So far, very happy with it!

I really wanted to like this PC, but it never felt reliable. Within the first couple of days it froze multiple times, crashed to a black screen, and eventually showed a hardware error indicating the RAM had completely failed. Simple tasks like browsing and watching YouTube caused random reboots and “your device ran into a problem” messages. The HDMI/refresh rate issues were frustrating too — it wouldn’t detect the TV ports normally, and performance felt laggy compared to other systems at this price. Best Buy handled the return smoothly, but I shouldn’t have needed to return a brand-new desktop for basic hardware failure. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but it didn’t inspire confidence. I moved on to another system and it’s been night-and-day better.

I'm very happy with this desktop computer. I'm older and not great with computer stuff but the set up was simple and I'm finding this desktop very easy to use.

enjoying it. seems solid and got a good buy. wish i could convey just how awful i was treated by geek squad. These guys must truly hate their jobs.

We bought this for my Wife to work remotely. It's been great for her needs. The keyboard is the only thing I personally would change as it's pretty flat and not much contour to the keys.
