At this point I'm not sure, it has been at the store location longer than I have had it at home. When picked up first time everything was supposed to be transferred from old computer to the new one, that didn't happen couldn't find things and if I did a lot of them would not open. Several of the employees fast talked and weren't helpful at all just trying to get me out the door. Second time there I was lucky enough to get a young man named Tyler C. he was very helpful and explained things, and saw the problems I was having with things not opening an stuff missing, he was very helpful, Best Buy needs a store full of people like him. He told me bring back old and new computers to be able to see what's happening. So looks like a 3rd trip back up there.

I had an HP desktop for 12 years without one moment of problem. So I purchased another but the quality of this one is poor. I am sorry that I got it and am disappointed in the support

When I ordered the computer I ordered installation also. Computer came and nobody showed up to install it. I called Best Buy and they advised me that I would have make the appointment for the Geek Squad my self. I looked at my invoice of the installation I ordered and instead of the installation I ordered I got a coupon toward installation You guys have a real communication problem with your customers. I've been loyal customer for years and this is the first time I've been very unhappy with your service.

I normally never leave product reviews, as I believe experiences vary from person to person. However, this product has frustrated me so much that I feel compelled to write one. It wastes my time and interferes with my work.
Using multiple monitors with this computer is extremely inconvenient and poorly supported.
I purchased this computer just 30 days ago, and it already freezes during use. It becomes completely unresponsive for 3–5 minutes at a time before suddenly coming back to life.
It is because of these two issues that I decided to finally write this review.
Of course, not all HP products are like this. In fact, most of the computers in our office are HP, and they work just fine. But this particular model is truly disappointing. If you just need a computer for very basic use—or perhaps for younger students doing homework—it might be acceptable. Otherwise, I strongly advise against purchasing it.

Best Buy had the brand new PC i bought for3 days.
I was told the system would be set up so all i had to do was plug it in. That did not happen. The keyboard, mouse and speakers will not work. I set up my old mouse and it works just fine. Best Buy did not properly set up this PC. I cannot rate the HP system because i can not get it to work. Now i will spend the afternoon looking for the elusive technician..
