Large screen and large hard drive. Can't beat the price

Great performance for the price. I travel a lot and needed a new laptop. For the price this unit is pretty powerful. I can even play many new graphic intensive games on it. Only part I did not like was that you have to completely disassemble it to install a memory upgrade.

I found this on bestbuy.com. Read the reviews - checked it out - and love the features. Everything about it is excellent from speed to easy adaption. Speakers.. Wifi.. The lose of the one star was due to DVDs skipping a lot in the laptop. Brand new DVDs for nursing procedures. Other than that I love it. Sound system great/camera a plus too!

Its big screen which i love, very easy to use. And all around very nice. Well pleased.

I enjoy the 17.3 inch screen and the numerical keyboard.

The 17" screen and HD+ resolution make for a great viewing experience. I no longer need a separate monitor, which frees up space on my desk. The 6GB of memory seems to be sufficient, but I wouldn't recommend going any smaller. I may add more memory in the future. The Intel i3 has sufficient speed for my needs, although I'm not a heavy user. I do tend to have quite a few applications open at any given time, and this laptop handles them well. A good computer for the price!

I like my new laptop I had a Toshiba satilite laptop and was having problems with it for a while then the internal fan broke. I was looking for a new laptop and found this one as an open box item. I've always had success with HP laptops and this has been great I have been completely satisfied and would recommend this to any anyone.

I had a little problem in the beginning but nothing a call to hp couldn't solve even though I was almost going to return it. I realized that for $400 it is a pretty good laptop love the screen, it is not to heavy, and the edge is not that bad. Something else is google chrome didn't work for me it kept crashing I had to uninstall.

Bought this for an elderly aunt and uncle (late 70's) who needed it for checking emails and some web surfing. We were taking them from a desktop to the laptop. The desktop is all they had ever been accustomed to. Perfect for them. I haven't had any trouble transitioning them from the desktop to the laptop. Now if I can get them transitioned to Windows 10 from Windows 7, I'll be doing good.

Was easy to set up, nice large screen, easy to type on and a great value.

This laptop has good speed and the screen quality is great. Got it for my mom who is not good with computers but she has no problem working, pretty simple to use.

employee sd virus protect was for 6 mo. NOT! Wish there was a hard copy instr manual. Window 10 not as smooth as what I expected. Would have like to be informed all office apps are not included.

It is a great laptop for my spouse. We had a Gateway for her which had a small hard drive. It was constantly slowing down. So this purchase was good. It also has a larger screen. She has an iPhone, which she uses all the time. When she wants to see the "bigger picture", this is much better for her.

The laptop is perfect! The quality, reliability, and ability to see such a wide screen is appreciated. It will be my handy dandy resource as I meet with people for years to come and help them meet their retirement needs.

I would recommend this computer for anyone who is looking for something small in price but big in value. I use my laptop every day with no issues or frozen screens.

though far from Small with that 17 inch screen which I needed to use some new design software. Very Well made BO Sound was a great surprise, so much better sound then my Acer regular laptop
