i like it some of the other programs i could do with out. but for the most part im happy

I am happy with the laptop that I bought and it works like a charm just like my last HP. I primarily use it for school, but it works great for entertainment as well since we haven't purchased a new TV yet. I was originally looking for a touch screen but I'm glad I went basic. Definitely a great computer for a student!

Like this laptop. First one I have ever owned. Use it daily. Performs all tasks I have tried so far, I am still learning a lot of the features. Probably has more features then I will use, but it's nice to know they are there and they work. My only disappointment is, that it is a little slower then I expected it to be.

Very good computer, so far. we've only been using it a little over a month and have no gripes yet. First time with a laptop. Have always had desktops before this purchase. Like the fact that we can take it with us where ever we go. Haven't quite figured out how to get everything from the old desk top onto the new laptop; not a geek. Have to figure everything out the hard way.

Working great so far but have only had it for a month. Had to have my son set it up for me. Good clarity on the screen. If I had this store I would offer as a incentive to the customer free setup and classes to learn some much needed info to get people started. Not everyone is knowledgeable about computers....

I really like this computer, works well. Good buy Well worth the price.

I have nothing but good things to say about this very capable computer

My H.P. laptop seems to be all the computer I need. The setup Instructions were good. The keyboard is difficult to use because the keys are barely raised and the markings on the keys are done in fine type, making them difficult to read. Now I have to figure out Windows 10. So far, I like it. Haven't used the Geek Squad help enough to know if its worth the extra $.

Great computer for working, and reading. Fast and easy to understand.

It is important that when I have questions I can go to the Geek Squad at the store and they will answer my questions. The 17.3" monitor screen is very helpful to me. There is one thing that I would like changed, though. The light blue type is difficult to see. I would rather have a crisp black type that is more defined and haven't found a way to change that yet.

For the price is does what I need done and I like the bigger screen.

Several years ago I switched from HP to Toshiba because HP had become a bad product. But my last Toshiba was very bad so I did research on HPs products now and found good reviews on them so decided to try HP again. I am so far very pleased with this laptop and hope it continues to function well.

This laptop does everything I need it too. The price was great!!

Affordable, what I was looking for, full fills my needs.

I had to buy this laptop after mine died while on the road for business. Went into closest Best Buy and purchased one of 2 choices for a 17.3" screen. The price point between the 2 was significant. I chose the less expensive one. I am happy with the performance so far.
