Good solid computer. I don't game but I believe it would support gaming. Does everything I need and works well with my poor wifi.

Lots of documentation at your fingertips, and easy to get to. Explained so even I could understand it. Using Windows 10 (up from 8.1) and Office 10 . Over and above service and getting good options in the contract. Haven't opened the box yet but impressed.

I was a gift for my nephew and he is very happy!...the sound is very clear and great for his homework!

it's a good enough laptop. bigger screen which is why i got it. the issue im still having is accessing the microphone. i have to use a headset equipped with mic. i hope to figure it out soon,

No surprises with my purchase. HP and Best Buy have always been a safe bet for me. The only negative with this product is that it is a little heavy. Went from a tablet to 17" lap top, so it may just take a little getting use to.

I have a Mac but needed a PC for work applications that aren't Mac friendly. Since I didn't want to invest a lot of money but still wanted something reliable with a good amount memory and speed this was perfect.

My son got it for Christmas and he really enjoys it, great for doing his school work and the things he needs to do.

This is a nice laptop. Gives great visual area, response time great, adjusting to this computer takes a bit of time for a 70 yr old woman. But I'm managing it. Thanks to Best Buy Geek Squad.

I work for an online company and video chat with coworkers on a daily basis. The sound and video quality are excellent. Once the computer "warms up" I am able to quickly perform any task necessary.

Setting up the computer was much more complicated and time consuming than I expected. HP tech support was helpful. Loading and using the software was/is also less intuitive than previous versions.

I really like Windows 10 - love the start menu. I felt right at home in using this computer. I loaded it with my favorite software & away I went. If you have a question or concern about any operation just go to the AOL App for windows.

This computer was a replacement for one that my dad was going to try to fix himself. He liked this one so well, he decided not to even attempt to fix the other one.

Great laptop to replace an older much earlier Toshiba Satellite laptop. Upgraded 4GB RAM to 12GB RAM and it did wonders for speed of page regens, etc. Love the Toshiba products - lots of bang for the buck.
