    Computer is very nice. The computer has start-up menu to help you get started with all your different things, printer, email, etc. Still trying to wade through transfer of files from my old computer.

    I love this laptop- it is everything I was looking for. Graphics are fabulous. However, if you need to travel with it the battery life is poor.

    Macafee antivirus was turned on before the customer selected it. Macafee slows the machine way down and is very difficult to remove. The new browser from MS that is included with Windows10 is a poor program. We were having problems with long delays while accessing our email. After turning off this program and adding Google Chrome, the machine sped up. There is way too much junk software on this machine.
