Disappointed

Not acceptable that I couldn't get a new battery shipped out to me and then send the old battery back as I requested. The only solution was to return the entire laptop and wait 2 weeks for it to be repaired and returned. That said, the laptop itself is a bargain for the money, but the battery issue is a huge negative.

Great look, lightweight, but runs pretty slow

Still love my laptop!!

I use it constantly and I still love it as much today as I did the day I got it. The 1 and only thing I would change about it is I would have it play Blu-ray discs in addition to the DVD discs it already plays. Absolutely no complaints!

HP Pavilion laptop

If you are gonna use this for home and personal use it is perfect. If you will use this for college I woukd however recommend something smaller that will fit in your backpack with your books.
