does the job and screen is a great size. can use for home

Our last HP laptop was over 8 years old and we needed a replacement. We are very happy with this fast and lightweight laptop.

This laptop is fast and the big screen of 17 inches is great for spread sheets. Very good value of price, memory and speed.

Searching for a new laptop that is user friendly, a great price and not touchscreen--this laptop fit the bill for me. I was also leery of getting an HP as had heard they had gone downhill on their products, but apparently they have improved. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Large screen like a desktop but still portable like a laptop. Works great! No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

I enjoy shopping at best buy they help you and direct you to the best product for you and what you can afford.the only thing I didn't like was the built in mouse .I am use to separate buttons to click on .but can be easily rectified by just buying a separate mouse

I like the Microsoft Windows 10. I don't care for the flat keys of the keyboard. As a typist, I find it hard to locate the correct keys without looking to see where my fingers are placed. I owned a Hewlett Packard Computer years ago and was very happy with it. I did contact their Customer Service and was satisfied with the help I received when I had a question.

So far it's been operating well, I especially like the large screen.

My son loves his new laptop. The screen size is nice and big and he can play his games without any lag.

VERY fast, easy to use. The 17.3" screen is impressive along with the outstanding color, Love it!

It took a few support calls but I was able to get everything moved from old notebook to this one. I have been happy with its performance and Windows 10 is relatively easy to learn and use. I also appreciate the support I have received from HP; very helpful. Installing programs was extremely easy. I would recommend this model to everyone.

Has everything I need for basic office work. Big screen great for videos and document viewing.

I bought this HP laptop about a month ago and am very happy with it. The one thing I hate is the mouse is very sensitive and changes the screen size constantly. Irritating to have to go to screen preset so much; hope I get the hang of the mouse.

I Love this new HP Computer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Computer with great performance!! Windows 10 is a bit challenging int he beginning and there are a number of things that need getting used to.

Got it for my son. Light weight, huge screen and fast. Want one for me now!!!
