Loved everything about it. Took me a while to figure out how to teether my phone for internet, but finally got it. Screen size is great for movie viewing. I suggest getting good earphones to listen to music if you want better sound experience.

I love this computer but there are drawbacks. It is not a gaming computer and the mouse sometimes makes it hard to click. Other than that, it is great for home use and the occasional movie.

This laptop does everything I need and then some. The difficulty is with Windows 8. I would have greatly preferred to buy a machine with Windows 7. (Don't think I'm alone in this sentiment)

I bought this laptop to use for college and it's awesome! I also use it for watching Netflix. The speed is great! Originally I didn't mean to buy a laptop this big but I don't mind the size now. I would totally recommend this laptop!

I was worried because I hadn't bought a computer in 10 years, but this computer couldn't have been simpler to use. I would recommend it for beginners out there. There was never a learning curve to this, it seems I just started using the computer and within a day I had it down and could use it just like I did my old computer. I felt really comfortable with it.

we love the laptop was easy to install and use it seems nice to be able to go to other rooms with the laptop or take it with us on the road very convenient cant believe it took us so long to update from a desktop

Simple instructions. Fast start up. Grafics and resolution is perfect. Onboard speakers provided good sound. Enjoying it.

There are so many features and its user friendly. The one thing that gets my concern is how it gets warm.!But other than that I've thoroughly enjoyed the laptop.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the HP from Best Buy and I would recommend to a friend . Very Easy to set up and understand what you need to do on it.

I am very satisfied with the computer it has nice features what I am not happy with is the salesman and Geek Squad Tech that checked me out. Salesman was very short with me and pushy and the Geek Squad tech told me that I got my Geek Squad plan and my warranty included with what I paid becuz there was a $100 off only to find out I am not covered by Geek Squad or Webroot I am not happy!!!

I know HP has gone to this style keyboard as 2 other people I know have this same style. We all have the same problem and it's a hassle. I have very fast typing/data entry skills and the keyboard is hard to use. It's also too easy to be off the home keys without realizing it. I have to concentrate on pressing down on the space bar or else my words all run together without spaces in between. If you're not worried about how fast you enter data then it's a good laptop.

This computer was for our son and offered the processor, memory and disk space we wanted at the best price we could find. The 17-inch screen was a bonus and he enjoys tv shows on it as well.

I needed to replace my lap top as the old one had "retired". I went into the Eden Prairie store to make the decision as to which product I would purchase. Store associate Josh took on the challenge to help me make the decision. He showed me several products, cited the pros and cons of each and answered all of my many questions. I settled on the HP and have never regretted my decision. I had the Geek Squad set it up so it was ready to go the next day. Best Buy has been my go to store for all of my computer needs. They have been there when I needed them and I will continue to shop there. Best Buy, Thank you for the high level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Best buy has great service, not sure about the computer yet. Bought a different one last year and it died right after the warranty expired. Very disappointed in it, hope this one is better.

Mine is used in the home as I have an Ipad that I take on the go. I use it for email, Facebook and paying bills. Love the big screen size and I am learning the new Windows very quickly.

We love this computer. My husband wanted an extra computer/laptop in the house so he could watch his soccer games online. Which is why we opted for the bigger screen. It is a nice looking laptop that you forget the extra size. Obviously this is not the computer for you if you're a student and want a lightweight laptop. At the same time, it is only 6 pounds and honestly we carry our 19 lb. baby around all the time and this laptop is not heavy compared to baby...lol! All in all we are extremely happy and glad we made the choice to buy this HP laptop. The price was great too!!!

This deal was awzome, great value laptop for very few dollars. It is a fast computer with a pretty large screen, extended keyboard, high storage capacity, and light weight.

I bought this computer for my mom for Christmas and she has thoroughly enjoyed it. It is easy to use and the screen is very easy for her to see. I recommend the HP over any other model

Great storage and use of programs and ease of number pad on left of key board is a plus. I would recommend this to a friend or family. The price for the amount of quality is awesome.

This laptop has everything you could possible need. Only had it for a little over a month, but I've had no issues. HP quality, huge screen, Beats audio, DVD drive, and so much more!
