easy to transfer data Large Screen! Keyboard has a nice feel and good response. I wish that it did not require a password and each startup.

Keys are hard to press. Windows 8 is hard to understand. And it should come with Microsoft office.

I bought this for school work. It serves the purpose without slowing down and was within my price point with specs I was looking for.

With so many choices, I made sure to do my homework. After comparing several different l decided on the HP Pavilion with 17" screen and I couldn't be more satisfied!

It is want he wanted cannot keep him off it, plays a lot of games on it, and he is picky about speed and graphics, watches a lot of game players, no complaint.

I am still finding my way around on my HP computer. Windows 8 is different from what I am used to. Geek squad was a help.

I bought this laptop for a family member as a gift and they are very happy! It's easy to set up, has a nice screen size and seems powerful for the needs.

Honestly for the money this is a great computer. My only issue is the mouse is quirky sometimes but it's just how these no division computer mice work.

Overall the computer is wonderful. Quality product indeed. My only problem is the mouse pad is very sensitive.

Computer is great easy to get setup. I don't like windows 8. Very difficult to use it is very frustrating.

It is fast and my grandson is enjoying it. The windows 8 is like the phone with windows (apps) all around.

This is my first lap top purchase. The screen size is perfect and the large keys on the key board is nice.

for a beginner, seems to be user friendly. Would like to have a class offered as a bonus for newer users

Not a bad laptop. Definitely needs more ram, but 17 inch for just under $500 with i5 is a good deal!

Bought this as a Xmas gift for my adult son. He is very happy with the computer. Says it is fast and does all that he has asked of it.

Had to return to store when information was not transferred correctly to my new computer (via Geek Squad). Problem was resolved by a different Geek Squad tech named Loren when I took computer back to Best Buy. Still have problems with iTunes switched over from my old computer, but that is probably an Apple problem, which has yet to be resolved. Spent 3 hrs at Apple store and still have problems. Everything fine now...except iTunes.

Terrible power cord. Quit working 20 days after purchase. Warranty does not cover battery or cord after 15 days. Best buy said tough luck I should have bought the extended warranty. Guess what? I will take my business. Elsewhere.

Got this computer for my son. He really likes it. It is great for school work as well as gaming.
