Gift Purchace

All hardware worked, no issue so far. The person I got it for has had no issue, supported their old files (win XP system) , An older USB Printer (Cannon) without issues, no driver issues either.

Poor machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this computer about 3 weeks after I got it for a HP Envy, while it is a smaller screen size 17 to 15, the envy had the features that I thought that the HP Pav had. Bluetooth, lighted touch screen, I could have added Bluetooth, but why. I went to the Best Buy sight, clicked in the requirements that I wanted, and it said HP Pav. I should have looked closer at the system. It was a great price, but after switching to the HP Envy, I'm much happier, how-be-it smaller screened computer owner.

Learning Curve

When unit is shutdown mouse profile (my custom one) goes back to default - seemly poor planning with Windows 10 software. Asked GEEKs, and they couldn't find or provide a solution. Maybe next update will solve this.

Beautiful Machine for my Home Office

I am getting used to all the features and new software(Win 8.1). No problems so far: Have had 4 weeks. As soon as I am more proficient on laptop, will be Mobile with my Office(Can't Wait: Will be able to go on vacation more with this computer and still stay in touch with work) Love It!!
