Big improvement over my old desk-top, Love the large screen, One problem ... it did not come with an instruction manual. It took me 15 minutes to find the On button and I still don't have any idea what the 3 buttons on the right side are for. I tried to find instructions online from HP, but the virtual agent robot had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to speak to a human agent but waited on hold for over an hour before giving up.

My HP is working well and easy to use. use the touch screen and easy to see large screen works for me,

23 inch screen makes viewing a pleasure, SS Drive is super fast , this is a great pc and the price was right.

This computer system is awesome! It has a camera, it is touch screen and the preloaded software is like no other. The keyboard can be used while NOT sitting at the computer and cortana feature is a plus. I would highly recommend using a Hp printer with this Hp system. We purchased a different brand printer from best buy to pair with this computer and it did not work out. This computer system is worth every penny so far.

Great computer, comes on fast. Do not like the speakers. Not loud enough to hear when I'm in another room.

After having so much trouble with the Dell computer we bought I was so thankful when Best Buy refunded us and the guy help me find a computer that was good and had a good rating. I love this HP touchscreen computer! The touch screen is substantial enough to hold up to lots of use and the entire computer just seems to be made very well. This is my 1st all in one desktop. No tower to have to make room for in my home office. By far the most space efficient way to power a small home office. All the specs are future proofed for at least 5 years and Windows 10 home is perfect. Love the SSD reminds me of a Chromebook when it starts up and shuts down. Purchased a great machine on sale and Best Buy sales associate closed me like the back door.

I purchase a Chromebook first then found out that the school program didn't work in Chromebook system. Thanks to the help of my Best Buy store manager Javier, we switch it with this amazing PC and we are very happy, Its a big screen which is better for the eyes, and also its wireless so there is only one cable to plug and it comes with Bluetooth which means we can use wireless earphones too, I really recommend it.

My daughter is returning to school this fall and I purchased this all-in-one for her desk because of the limited space. I absolutely love this computer. I wish now that I had purchased this instead of a tower computer for my own office. Easy set up and wakes up quickly. I am not too crazy about the flatter mouse. It doesn't fit my hand as well as my Logitech.

Right size; great picture; wireless keyboardand mouse are easy to use
