Started off good, now in for repairs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 9/6/15, out for repairs by 12/16/15! Was very happy with the PC until about 3 weeks ago. Out of nowhere it began dropping the internet (via Ethernet) every 15 seconds...YES, 15 SECONDS!. Tried multiple things, spent over 6 hours (accumulative) talking to MANY customer service specialists from HP. Every time they had me doing the same thing, over & over. FINALLY, I told them kindly to take it & fix it (which they are for free since it's still under warranty), & that's where we are now. Hopefully it'll end well. Fingers crossed!

Lightweight tower that is easy to connect

It is frustrating, I have had two other people try and they had no success either. Would recommend but only if you are savy about the updates.

The only issue I have come across is that the video is a little glitchy. It probably has something to do with user error or something I could fix - just haven't dealt with it yet.
