poor product, called for service 4 times in 2 days

The computer I spent 450.00 on would not load any videos, the websites continually freeze up and I was basically told - "tough luck, call HP". I had to call GeekSquad 4 times in less than 48 hours because nobody seemed to be able to FIX THE PROBLEM/S. I will NEVER shop or purchase from best buy again and I'm putting the word out to my friends and family as well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and 3 incompetent GeekSquad staff. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Okay overall

No major computing other than internet work and some Microsoft Office. Due to how are office printer is setup the computer needed to be hooked up with the wireless and with a static IP address. The connection kept dropping out and after a visit and call to Bestbuy tech support we exchanged it for another brand of computer.
