I got off to a bad beginning and had to take the pc back in to Best Buy. Once it was looked at and once the files I wanted transferred were found and I was shown where they were; I was happy. I am getting used to the changes and really really love the speed and the my new computer. Best Buy management and the Geek Squad management and the young man at Best Buy who helped me was so helpful and professional. Thank you. I will continue to buy and recommend Best Buy. Only issue is the backup to a flash drive. It keeps failing and the book that comes with it doesn't explain why. Calling geeksquad, they want us to bring it - can't troubleshoot over the phone which seems to contradict the reason for buying support.

I have used the computer for email and games so far and have been very happy with its ease of use and speed. It will take me time to learn everything as it is a bit different from my previous Windows XP.

A bit disappointed in I5. Thought it would have more power. Happy with it though.

The computer freezes up ALL the time. I am blaming it on windows 8.1. I really don't think it would be the new HP computer

This is a reliable unit for the office. Have not had any issues with this product.

Had problems with this computer when hadn't even had it for a month. Clicked on a game icon and suddenly had distorted bits and pieces of color, icons, pictures all jumbled on the monitor. Had to shut down and restart computer to fix it. Also keyboard quit working, had to get out the keyboard from old computer.

The computer I purchased was good, the support from BestBuy not so good.

Bought this computer after exampling to sales associate how important it is for me to be able to read my XD cards. It was suggested to buy a card reader and I would have no problem reading XD card. After about a month of talking to Geek Squad via phone and in person, also talking to sales associates @ Best Buy, having computer being serviced @ Geek Squad 2x's, buying 2 different card readers and explaining to Geek Squad that it was the HP computer that was having difficulties reading the XD card (since it would read other cards) not the card reader or the card itself, I was told that HP would not recongize XD cards. I would of thought that between the atleast 10 experts that I talked to one of them would of known this. I have since returned this item (only had it in my home for 1 day in the month that I bought it) and now have a Dell computer.

don't like windows 8 - should have waited for HP computer with windows 10

For the money this set up is good. Hoped for it to be a bit faster but that could just be our connection.

I like the new computer. Wireless is nice and so easy to connect. Desktop very similar to my tablet.

I have been very pleased with this product. And will look to Best Buy for all my technology needs.

The transition from old pc to new one was pretty rough with download issues. I am still trying to find everything and get used to Windows 8.1 . I it not where I want it and I still have some tech issues I need to get help with.

I needed a large hard drive to be able to do back ups for 4 iPhones. I also wanted something that was fast and had Windows 8. It performs very well and was affordable also.

Good option and features for new beginners. Very user friendly.

THIS PC COMES WITH WINDOWS 8. IT HAD NO SPECIFIC OS. WE HAD TO BY MICROSOFT PROFESSIONAL TO USE CERTAIN FILES THAT WE WANTED TO ADD. BUT EVEN THEN IT WON'T ACCEPT MY WIFES GAMES THAT SHE HAD LOADED ON OUR LAST PC. NOW SHE HAS TO GO BUY GAMES THAT THIS PC WILL ACCEPT. ALSO, ABOUT HALF OF HE TILES ON THE MICROSOFT SCREEN ARE FOR ITEMS THAT REQUIRE PAYMENT . THIS IS MADDENING SINCE NONE OF THE ABOVE WAS NEEDED ON OUR PREVIOUS "WINDOWS 7" PC!!! WE ARE SO INCENSED ABOUT THIS. WE ARE SORRY WE EVER BOUGHT THIS "WINDOWS 8" PC MY WIFE HATES THIS MACHINE!!! WE THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING A NEWER VERSION OF WHAT WE HAD BEFORE. ALSO, NO ONE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS DIFFERENT! NO MENTION WHAT SO EVER!! WE BOUGHT OUR PREVIOUS PC FROM YOU ALSO & WE WERE PRETTY HAPPY. THIS ONE STINKS!!!!!!!

wish it came with speakers that is my only issue should of said that we need them when ordering
