Good But A Little Slow

Computer - Disappointed with Performance

Started having problems when it went into sleep mode. All of the icons on the desk top would disappear. Couln't get them back. Had to shut down and restart. Icons would then appear and all would be good. Continued to happen several times. I took it back to store and they ordered me a brand new one. Took it home, hooked it up and same thing happened. Contacted HP customer support and allowed them access to control the computer. They made some setting changes and told me that it should not happen again. Not 10 minutes after I disconnected with them, the computer went into sleep mode. When I moved the mouse to wake it up, the icons were gone again! I'm not happy with this model. I will take it back and have them replace it with a comparable system. Very disappointed and inconvenienced. What are chances of having the same problem with 2 different computers? Must be a flaw.
