The only component that it's upgradable on this pc is the RAM, nothing else. This means you wont be able to install a new graphics card for example. Having said that, I am happy with it. Is fast and I have been able to play all my games so far with no problem. I also like it that it uses an external power supply just like a laptop which means that is extremely low power and energy efficient.

Been using this for over a month now and I am very pleased. Speed of websites and email A+. Works great with online gaming also. I did upgrade to 16GB Ram so my review is based on that and I recommend the upgrade.

Pavilion PC working well and HP support was awesome (I am an amateur and needed help getting started). Would have liked more apps (even Works would have been helpful). But the speed and storage exceeded my expectations. A good recommendation from the salesperson.

I needed a desktop PC that I can use to browse the Internet and post to social sites. This computer runs fast and lots of disk space for photos and ample memory to run programs. Works great for my needs.

Our old computer quit working and we were in need of a new PC. After doing some research we decided this one was best for us, the setup was very easy and it was up and running in no time. Definitely a great change from our old setup!

this is a cheap and cheerful replacement for old hardware. it was ok on memory and ok on hard drive and very very cheap as in under 300- all in. on a deal of day offer. It even came with a keyboard. The first thing we did was strip windows off it and put linux on instead. We didn't ask much of it and it more than delivered The graphics were better than we expected also chipset 1002:9851 10ec8136 10ec8179

I am very happy with my new desktop. I've put it through its paces, and been extremely pleased with consistent, solid performance, excellent speed and ease of use.

The computer was easy to set up, quick to update with my apps. The day I started using it, I unplugged my old computer and it is headed to the recycle center. I've always liked Compaq and now HP computers! Like just about everyone else, I don't like Win 8.x.... it just seems to be in the way from a navigation perspective. That funky page with all the icons on it does not appear to be contextual, just a bunch of stuff I don't use on a page that I avoid at all times.

Fast, quiet and doesn't take up a lot of space. The price was also good. Easy to set up.

I bought this to replace an 8 year old computer that had been repaired many times. HP was recommended to me by my personal tech advisor and I am not disappointed with my choice. I love that he installed an app that goes around the opening Windows 8 screen!

I would recommend this computer to anyone. It is reliable and quiet. Fast and have not had any issues.

This computer is a decent buy. It has plenty of hard drive space and memory. I don't know if this is true of all versions of the computer, but ours occasionally restarts itself. Overall it is a good, worthwhile computer.

Fast, perfect upgrade. Has everything to make PC experience easy as pie to use. I love all the apps it comes with and the instructions made it very easy to set up. All my hardware snapped right into place with no problems hooking up my printer, monitor and keyboard. If you want a PC setup with everything made easy and fast to use, this is the system to purchase. I am very hwappy.

I'm happy with my new computer, easy to install, easy to manage. I can connect internet without any complications, runs fast, was adapted to the screen in the resolution of outstanding color. I'm very happy.

This desk top is a great deal for the price. It provides plenty of power,storage and speed for the home.

This new HP desktop has everything I need in a computer. I elected this one over the more expensive since I don't do gaming or heavy video editing. The sales person was very helpful in the selection process. Windows 8.1 took a bit to get used to but I'm pretty comfortable with it. I think this machine is a great product for the price.

Was looking for a basic desktop with 6-8 GB of memory, a good processor, decent storage, and a good price. This desktop fit the bill and there have been no problems with it yet.

We opted to pay just a little more for a faster processing speed and more memory and are very happy with our purchase. This computer accommodates my whole family, all 7 of us.
