Good for what I purchased for which was internet browsing.

I have had HP computers for years and recommend them.

Learning windows 8 little difficult 4 me will learn.

I bought this computer and had my own stuff on it. You have to get something for to make your own disc recorded. It's one you won't be ashamed to have. You'll like the way it works and last right.

This is a great PC for everyday use. I bought a 2GB videocard that the associate sold me and come to find out when I opened it up, it is not upgradable. I returned it and ordered on NewEgg.

I'm not real tech savvy so I just needed something to plug in and run. With very little assistance, I was able to get up and running in a short time and it has been what we needed for our family of six.

I have to be honest--I'm a Mac person, but my dad is not, and he needed a new computer. He is very satisfied with this one--and I agree that it is way better than the one we got him just a couple years ago. If he's happy, then I'm happy.

this is a great system, wished they would uninstall mcafee from it before selling first, it is a pain to get completely rid of. Once you get a better antivirus on it it is an awesome machine.

I went in not sure what I was looking for, either a new laptop or a new desktop. The sales rep helped me to make my decision. David

The staff was very good about explaining the whole process for switching to a wireless computer. The product is excellent and the staff did a great job transferring information.

For a new computer it is kind of slow every now and then it goes off and on. I wish I would of got a Dell again.

The HP Pavilion is a good computer. It is quick and reliable. The Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.1 is a disgrace. The changes from 7 are confusing and unnecessary, and we have been struggling to be able to watch videos from the first day of purchase. We should not have to search in the computer or go online to fix. Best Buy exchanged the first computer claiming I left two anti-virus programs on and that was the cause of my problem. No so, I only have WebRoot on this second brand new computer and there is still an issue. A complete waist of my time and a disgrace. Microsoft should offer a FREE service to remedy this, or we should all just go to Macs.

this product serves the purpose for my home office, ample memory and good speed

would not exchange it, I had to call HP 4 times, uninstall programs, went to store and wanted more money to look at it. not happy with this product. if you buy it be sure to exchange, return right away, because now I have to pay to have it fixed and it is only a month old. very disappointed with best buy, not the store it use to be!

For a tower you would expect possibility of expansion. Due to the mother board there is very little room for expansion . But if all you are looking for is a beginner computer, then you'll be fine with this unit.

This computer is not very user friendly with the windows 8 edition. If i had the option to replay this decision, i would not have made this purchase. Obviously, all the kinks were not worked out before its unveiling. Netflix stalls out during a movie and the computer is in constant need of restart during work time. Thumbs down.

Great for gaming. No lag and great response time for the price you can't beat it
