It was time for new PC. My last PC I had for 10 years. The price was great at $399. So far the Computer has been very user friendly & easy to work with.

very disappointed not so happy with windows 8 had to take back to store to have them help me with password it took all day , still having problems using window 8

Took a little time to learn window 8 cause my old HP was vista windows. I prefer HP Brand. I purchase one that can be upgraded if I need to along the way.

I needed to upgrade my old desk top. This is perfect for what I need for a home computer. Love Best Buy!

Upgraded my home office computer and went to Windows 10, so far, so good

I am not sure if it was the actual Machine, or the Windows 8.1 Operating System that was the problem. I tend to believe mostly the Machine had problems. BUT: I took it back to my local Best Buy Store. They were GREAT. I did get another HP, but it was set-up with Windows 7 Pro. We have started a new Busines, and the Pro machine is really what I should have originally bought. They did not have the new one in stock, but I got it delivered in 4 days. (Including the weekend)

Completely satisfied, the sales experience was great. Always happy with HP, appreciate the good support.

This is what I get by listening to the salesman who I was taking up his precious time as he kept looking at his watch. I needed specific things and got a P O S that I had to buy everything separate and he never told me it had no web cam. no SPEAKERS. no microphone. and the key board that came with it is so pathetic, you have to keep pushing a letter to get it to even work. then if you type fast its skips the letters.. Last time I buy a computer from Best buy.

I purchased this desktop to replace an outdated one. It provided me with the latest technology and features to keep me moving and connected.

the reason I purchased this computer was because I need a replacement. Everything works great and I love the updated version of windows!

I like my computer, it has a lot of features I didn't have on my other computer. My only complaint is that it is not as fast as it said it would be. I would recommend it to my friends.

I have used Hewlett Packard computer products for years and have always been very satisfied!

HP is great but Windows 8 is an abomination. It is the best thing Windows has ever done for Apple. It is easier to go from Windows XP to Apple than from Windows whatever to Windows 8. If 8 doesn't get fixed pretty quickly I'm going to buy another Mac.

I am enjoying this product very much as a matter of the whole family is enjoying this products. Its great for music and pictures.

This new computer is supose to be faster it's Not. Worse than the 15 year old one I had. I would not recommend this to anyone. It's junk

computer freezes when on the internet also sometimes the page will turn white

Does everything I need it to do. Would buy again. Recommend.
